anime fight is not working on pc

hello, this is my first report to the block forum, i came to report a bug i don't know if it's just me but when i open the anime fight or murder on the pc it opens a window completely blank and then closes i tried all the ways solve this, but none worked, if anyone can help me I will be very happy. (I made a report in Portuguese but I'm doing one in English to see if I can solve it faster if I'm writing it wrong is the Google translator I don't know how to speak in English)

- Please copy and paste the '%LOCALAPPDATA%\BlockmanGo' to the file explorer
- upload the launcher.log in the launcher file
- engine2_pc.log in engine2\document folder
- Upload these three files to other website and share the link to us.

@vini_fortinite Você deve colocá-lo em um local onde está armazenado um arquivo, por exemplo Google Drive, você salva os arquivos (aqueles que o administrador lhe pediu anteriormente) e o , também no google drive você envia os arquivos com um link (você toque em criar link) e os peguas no fórum
