Try different electronics like a phone or a Ipad I use tablet and it works very well.

Please copy and paste the '%LOCALAPPDATA%\BlockmanGo' to the file explorer
upload the launcher.log in the launcher file
engine2_pc.log in engine2\document folder
Upload these three files to other website and share the link to us so BG can track the bug.
