1. please open client.log in \client\document and take a screen shot
2. please open launcher.log in \launcher and take a screen shot

u dont know how much i have uninstalled and re-installed all the files litterally every thing

@Allizwel002 whenever i try to play game it downloads the map and then shows faild to load map

@Galaxy_Ruler emmm, seems no issue on the launcher log, please also take a screen shot of the client log in /client/document

Please copy and paste the '%LOCALAPPDATA%\BlockmanGo' to the file explorer
and upload:

client.log in the client\document folder
Upload these three files to other website and share the link to us, thanks

but i cant see client log in that file when i opened launcher file it showed a file called launcher and when i opened it that picture came but when i open client file there is no such thing. Can u tell me is that thing which i must take pic in this photo ?

@Galaxy_Ruler on the picture you send above, you can see the document file, enter the file, and you can see the client.log

when i entered i saw this and i will show the pics inside those two files
