Helper role - can I get it?

Recently i get alot of requests about reporting people from Russian side of community. Talking to Thebigboy or Sofia is not actually fast and not 100% i can ban players. Forms doesn't work as well. So, I want to applicate the assistant/helper role or something. Because people believe me, I want to make BG rules are serious thing people should care about. I want to be at least HELPER and get faster way possible to report rule breakers and things russian community want.
Even to look my translator reputation, it was bad, i apologise. I changed alot after that, and help Thebigboy recently. So, maybe, I can get one?
