I can't enter Blockman Go net, how to enter the website?

yes, i played other games but it was laggy

yes, i have a new internet box which looks bad ping a bit, bu if i am correct now or next day will be ok

and also I bought a pc is a 6 or 7 years ago

Just try https://blockmango.net. If game doesn't work, probably it's update came out! Remember, that the game isn't updates the same time as android do. Code are separate, and takes some time.
