If anyone if facing problems such as BG launcher getting crashed or Closing automatically please follow the steps below:
1.Right click BG App first
press OPEN FILE LOCATION
then it will open the location
2.Press BlockmanGo on top
3.Press Documents
4.Press Client
5.Copy the client logs and share it with us, vis google drive(ensure to enable us to see it) or upload on internet and send us the link.
If you are facing bugs while playing then pls record it and send us the video thru Youtube or Google Drive(ensure sharing option)
BG doesnt support Any third party way to download bg launcher (thru links, apks,websites,etc), So please uinstall bg launcher from Bg website: https://www.blockmango.net/#/ only (using 3rd party method to download launcher may cause your Device to attract virus, malware,etc).
