Suggesting to remove this gmail upon the acc i bought

i bought an acc for 60 pesos load, after for a while i realized that i didnt wanted it and decided to sell it, but the buyer requested to remove the gmail just to be sure, it seems that i cannot remove this gmail, i wanted to ask if anyone here can remove the gmail upon the acc , thanks for reading.

@MarKiWonin Sorry but I think this is not possible, and i think selling or buying accounts should be illegal.
