Account recovery form has been updated

A lot of you seem to be confused about how to recover your account. The old recovery form on Google forms is now gone. It has been deleted by Google. The new form is on BG app now. To get to it you had to go to settings switch account and press recovery form on the bottom.
If you are still confuse pls watch this video
Also anyone that filled the Google form and didn't get there account back needs to now fill the one on the BG app as all the old responses are now gone.
Finally without enough information on the form the account won't be recovered
