Concern about something

Hello!,
In January I made a post about me not receiving my vip+, and I was told just to refund. But that isn’t my concern. Hold on lemme see if I can show the photo. Please check the replies!

As you can see it says valid until 2022-01-29, and it is way pass that date. Im not sure if its a glitch in the system or something. Though, I want to buy vip again, is it safe too buy it? or will it glitch again?
