So, I had a first account here and it was really important to me. Once BMGO updated, I couldn't log into my account because I got logged out somehow. I have not set up the security and I have forgotten the password for that account. Please help

@TinyJazz Update: I have submitted the form and I am kind of confused with the response. It says the information I gave doesn't match with the account I am trying to recover and I should give more information.

@google1385005 Did you fill out every question? If you did still fill out every question do you think you definetaly got them all right?

@TinyJazz Yes I did. But then I realized after that the question of what day I created the account, I was supposed to put around 2018. I can't take the form again.

@google1385005 You can take again using different email. If you go onto a different app/application/browser like Edge, Internet Explorer, Safari, then log into the form with a different email you can take again. Just prepar all your answers and then fill the form with everything ready.
