Lost runes helpp

Pls help I grinded so much keys like 1350 from horn season and from bedwars games. I opened chests and I got 3 Shura 3,2 leaching 3
And 1 leaching 1. I went to rune guy and to equip the runes they were not there
PLS COULD YOU GIVE THESE RUNES TO ME. I GRINDED SOOOO HARDDD PLSS GIVE THEMAlso pls could you fix this bug as it's happen twice to me now
