Game isn't starting

hello everyone, today i installed blockman go on my computer but i have problem. When i press play on any game i have loading screen and then it dissapear and it isnt starting. Is there anything i can do to fix it?

hello everybody, I'm having this same problem, my launcher opens and closes at the same time, in the past I didn't have this problem, it just happened after I formatted my computer, I uninstalled the launcher and installed it and it didn't work, my computer runs smoothly the game,
4 gb ram, 500 gb hd, intel celeron 1.50 ghz, 64 bits, the game works perfectly on my computer so that launche opens and closes at the same time,please help me because i like to play on the pc. I live in Brazil and I speak Brazilian
